Tina McIntosh is the President and CEO of Joy’s House. This organization began with her dream and determination. Tina oversees all departments and is assisted by the Board of Directors. She is actively involved in the Marketing Committee, Development Committee and Finance Committee. Tina is married with three children.

Liz is the Operations Coordinator, handling all aspects of finances within Joy’s House. Liz can help you apply for our Guest Scholarship program and answer questions about other insurance options to make adult day service an affordable part of your life. Liz enjoys golf and gardening.

Vice President of Family Care

Laura, the Vice President of Family Care, is the person you’ll talk to if and when you set up an assessment to determine if Joy’s House is a good fit for your family. She will keep you informed of the happenings around Joy’s House through the Caregiver Monthly publication that we distribute to our families. Laura is also a part of our Quality of Service Committee. She enjoys reading, travel and time with friends.

Outreach Coordinator

Leah is the Outreach Coordinator at Joy’s House. She is responsible for internal and external communications, graphics and public relations as well as organizing special events, such as A Day Away Caregiver Retreat and the Annual Gala. Leah enjoys singing, painting, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Guest Relations Coordinator

Nicole is the Guest Relations Coordinator, who manages the Guest Relations department. She supervises the care, training and daily life of our Guests through each of the Guest Relations Assistant staff members. Always looking to have a fun time, Nicole loves to sing karaoke and dance with the Guests! (We don’t recommend recruiting her to be in your band, however. J)

Activities and Volunteer Coordinator

Joanna is the Activities & Volunteer Coordinator. She organizes all activities and crafts during the day and helps train new volunteers to assist in Guest Relations and around the house. If you’re interested in volunteering at Joy’s House, contact Joanna to attend an Orientation Session. She enjoys reading, collecting orchids, gardening, photography and traveling.

Candace is a Senior Guest Relations Assistant. She keeps the staff updated with information on our Guests through our Guest at a Glance binder, assists in Guest Relations and is always willing to help around the house at Joy’s House. Candace enjoys reading, running and yoga.
